OUR MISSION

Euporia was born on a mission to reduce food waste and valorize vegetable and fruit by-products.

Vegetable and fruit by-products are wastes from the agriculture, postharvest, processing, distribution, or consumption stages. Some of the by-products have been used as burning material, constructional material, or animal feed, whereas a large amount is being discarded.

Upcycling by-product in giving them a second life presents an opportunity to create new products using minimum energy whilst reducing our footprint on the planet by making better use of the resources that are already available.

OUR SERVICES

Overconsumption of the earth’s resources (along with the amount of waste produced) is having a harmful impact on our planet. Euporia advocates for the importance of transitioning towards a circular economy, including what the future of food should look like.

Vegetables and Fruit by-products, specifically, present an interesting opportunity for food brands to reduce their footprint on the planet. By upcycling would-be waste, brands can replace existing ingredients or create innovative products that make excellent use of the precious resources around us without compromising quality or efficacy.
